Nurses At Home is a professionally operated and hospital-linked service provider. Our capabilities allow Doctors and Patients to utilize home-based care as an important tool in promoting recovery. This service may range from a simple follow-up visit to a comprehensive care plan which may include nursing care, nutrition management, physiotherapy, caregiver training and other disciplines in an integrated manner to achieve full recovery. We become part of the health care cycle that starts with admission to hospital and ends when patient achieves maximum independence possible.

No matter how large or complex the organization, its ability to deliver consistently good nursing care is at the end of the day, determined by how skilled and dedicated each nurse is in caring for his/her patients.
We pride ourselves in having a team that is truly reflective of Malaysia, with members from all corners of Malaysia. They each are registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board and have current Annual Practising Certificates (APC) as required by law in Malaysia. Each member of our team is carefully selected, trained and given a nuturing environment to develop into the best nurse she can be. She receives continuous feedback from her patients and clients in order to improve her care. She has a Team Leader who will guide her and follow her progress through her career with Nurses At Home.
The core of our nursing teams are the Team Leaders; senior nurses who act as supervisor and coach and overview each case handled by her team members. The Team Leaders pool consists of nurses with 7 years or more experience in various disciplines: Oncology, Critical Care, Geriatrics, Palliative care ( or hospice care) etc. The team leaders report in to Nursing Supervisors and the Nurse Manager.
We train, assess and certify our nurses for advanced nursing procedures like Intra Venous (IV) setting, Chemo port setting etc. We provide a CV of each nurse assigned to your case for your review and knowledge, prior to start as that is important in your decision to select us and select the nurse.
